The team at Fish Pets Reptiles came to us looking to replace their existing off-shelf ecommerce website, the site no longer met their needs and would not allow them to manage their online business effectively. Their marketing strategy was generating traffic to the site but this was not reflected in conversion rates. 

We worked with them to develop an ecommerce solution that looked great, was easy for visitors to navigate to products, had a tailored purchasing process and ultimately converted to sales. 

We used PayPal ecommerce integration for this client, gave them full control of their product catalogue, tailored the development to their order management processes and made sure that it is search engine optimised.

Since launching the website in April 2011 we have worked with them on refining the process and refreshing the site. The website has made a positive impact on sales revenues for the business and demonstrated a 400% increase in sales with weeks of launch proving that a well designed and bespoke system can deliver great results.
