Holme Tree are bespoke furniture designers and manufacturers based near Ashby de la Zouch in Leicestershire, they provide high end bespoke furniture for kitchens, bedroom, home studies, bathrooms and one off furniture pieces.

We have worked with the team at Holme Tree for many years, the website in our portfolio is the latest site design launched in March 2017. The brief was to create a website with strong visual appeal, to build on the high quality brand of Holme Tree.

The images are the centre of the design, with all the images being taken with the kind permission of Holme Tree clients. The parallax design used for the site provides an enhanced user experience through enhanced visual interactivity. The parallaxing is quite subtle and allows components (images) on the web page to move at varying speeds when the user scrolls.

As well as using parallax scrolling the site is also responsive and fully content managed, the bespoke content management for the portfolio pages. The images are of key importance on this site, the content management system allows easy upload of high quality images on all pages.

The portfolio pages are designed to allow visitors to filter on a range of attributes - finish, style and surfaces. Each portfolio item can be explored in more detail with additional information and images available for the visitor.

The site performs well in search engines through good organic SEO, all of which is built in as standard on our bespoke websites.

At Peter Bourne Communications bespoke web designers - we pride ourselves in delivering the right results for each client - making sure that the site delivers for their brand.
